Fondazione Studio Marangoni is an international non-profit center of contemporary art photography based in Florence, Italy. Founded in 1989 by the photographer Martino Marangoni the goal of Fondazione Studio Marangoni is to promote the art and to educate students of photography from around the world in Italy. The center also promotes the exhibition and dissemination of contemporary international photography and photographers. Among others, the Biennial Festival of Photography (Florence and Prato, 2000 and 2002), the Biennial Festival of Italian Photography in New York Focus on Italy (1999 and 2001), Paesaggi Italiani, Sala delle Reali Poste of the Gallery of the Uffizi, Florence, 1998, the Triennial Festival of Photography Backlight in Finland (1999, 2002, 2005, 2008).
