A symbol of the Renaissance, a cultural center of international level, Florence’s main exhibition venue, Palazzo Strozzi is a landmark in the Italian cultural landscape thanks to the excellence of exhibition events and cultural activities in the name of a dialogue between ancientness and contemporariness, tradition and innovation.

Since its inception in 2006, the Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi has organized over 40 exhibitions, with a total of over 3 million visitors, successfully ranging from ancient to modern art and recently focusing increasingly on contemporary art, as evidenced by the recent exhibitions dedicated to great contemporary artists such as Ai Weiwei, Bill Viola, Carsten Höller and Marina Abramovi?. The aim is to make an impact on the territory and draw attention at an international level, providing the public with unique experiences, in close contact with works of art and artists, and with a rich offer of collateral events, collaborations and a wide-ranging educational offer for different audiences.
